Memorial Day | Volunteer with the MAH @ Evergreen Cemetery

Volunteer to join friends, neighbors, and local veterans at Evergreen Cemetery to commemorate Santa Cruz’s 152nd Memorial Day. There will be speakers, a pop-up museum, and activities to honor those that have or continue to serve our country. More information here.

What we will be doing: Help facilitate a pop-up museum at Evergreen Cemetery. Visitors will bring an object, memorabilia, or photograph to share with the public that honors their loved one who has served or is serving our country’s armed forces. They will write a brief label about the object and the person they are honouring.

Where to meet: We will be stationed outside of the Portugeuese Hall in the Evergreen Cemetery parking lot.

HMIS Data Quality Meeting (CA-506) 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM @ Martinez Hall

Data Quality is one of the most important activities to be performed in HMIS. It is important that HMIS data is complete and accurate. The Data Quality Cleanup Session is a chance to have Community Technology Alliance (CTA) help you correct HMIS errors in person. Data Quality Report cards and laptops will be provided, although we encourage you to bring your own agency laptop to allow those without to have access. Please make sure you RSVP at least 48 hours prior to the session so we can have a report card ready for you.

Participants are not required to stay for the whole duration of the meeting. Feel free to drop by anytime during the meeting.
